There’s an interesting article on aviation week on what would actually happen if a drone hit an airplane. I’m not sure I fully agree with the article after reading some of the comments. I’d imagine that a drone flying into the engine, or the windshield would be much different than a bird hitting either. Either way, I really don’t want to be in an airplane to see what would happen.
